Delete Your Data — Playvora

Playvora gives you two ways to control your data, both available directly from your account — no need to email or wait for support.

Reset My Progress (keeps your account, clears your data)

This removes your play history, achievements, saved games, and resets your coin balance, while keeping you signed in with your Google account.

Steps: Sign in at playvoragames.com/profile → under Account & Data, select Reset my progress → type RESET to confirm → your progress, achievements, and coin balance are cleared immediately; your account stays active.

Delete My Account (removes everything, including your account)

This permanently removes your account, your linked email, and all associated play history, achievements, saved games, and coin data. You will be signed out immediately and cannot recover this account afterward.

Steps: Sign in at playvoragames.com/profile → under Account & Data, select Delete my account → type DELETE to confirm → your account and all associated data are permanently removed.

What we keep, and why

When you delete your account, we remove all of your personal data — name, email, play history, achievements, coin balance. We retain one small, non-identifying technical record: a one-way cryptographic hash of your Google account identifier, used only to prevent the same account from repeatedly claiming one-time promotional bonuses by deleting and recreating an account. This hash cannot be reversed to reveal your identity or any personal information, and is not used for any other purpose.
