Use of Service

Playvora provides free HTML5 games for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, mirror, or redistribute games without permission.

Intellectual Property

Games on Playvora are the property of their respective developers. The Playvora platform, design, and branding are owned by Rubab's Digital.

Virtual Currency (“Coins”)

Playvora offers an optional virtual currency system (“Coins”). Coins may be earned through gameplay, daily login bonuses, achievements, or purchased using real money via bKash, Nagad, or Stripe.

Important terms regarding Coins:

• Coins are not redeemable for real money. All coin purchases are final and one-way (money → coins). There is no cash-out, refund, or conversion of coins back to any currency.
• Coins may only be used for in-platform features such as game access, cosmetics, hints, continues, and other non-monetary benefits.
• Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be traded, sold, or transferred to other users.
• There is no gambling or chance-based wagering of coins on Playvora. Coins cannot be used in casino-style games (slots, roulette, dice-for-coins, or similar).
• Playvora reserves the right to modify coin values, pricing, and availability at any time.
• Engagement mechanics (daily login bonus, streak multiplier, achievement rewards, skill-based leaderboard prizes) award coins as incentives — these are not gambling.

Payment & Purchases

Coin purchases via bKash/Nagad require manual verification. After submitting your transaction ID, coins will be credited upon admin approval (typically within 24 hours). Stripe purchases are processed automatically.

By making a purchase, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and that all payment information provided is accurate.

Limitation of Liability

Playvora is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
